Your access to Frontive Health does not expire. However, the length of Frontive Health's ACTIVE support varies depending on your doctor's protocol and the specific section of the application.





Typically, ACTIVE SUPPORT (day-to-day instruction) is as follows:

  1. HEALTH BRIEFING begins TWO (2) WEEKS BEFORE a procedure and ends ONE (1) WEEK AFTER a procedure (coinciding with your one-week follow-up appointment).
  2. MEDICATIONS begin with the FIRST DOSE of any prescribed item and ends with the FINAL DOSE of any prescribed item. This can be as short as a few days and as long as several weeks, depending on your protocol.

PASSIVE SUPPORT (FAQs) are always available regardless of your procedure date.
