Occasionally, a procedure gets cancelled or rescheduled. Frontive Health is designed to automatically detect these changes and update your information to reflect the change.
However, the updated information will only be reflected in the application AFTER the office staff has updated your appointment in their electronic health record (EHR). If the procedure date in Frontive Health does not correspond to your new appointment date, contact your doctor's office and ask them to update your appointment in the EHR.
NOTE: once an appointment has been edited in the EHR, it may take up to an hour for the new date and corresponding information to be reflected in Frontive Health.
